While you'll become more effective at leading people through yoga practices, you’ll also become effective at leadership in your job, in your home life, AND with yourself!
MEET YOUR LEAD.

She brings high levels of training, thousands of experience hours and skilled leadership to the table. Her as lived understanding of the yoga business, yoga practices, and the general ability to lead others elevates the ACCESS training and all who participate.

ACCESS Program Manual:
The ACCESS program manual is a comprehensive 278-page one of a kind workbook style program supplement curated by Lisa Taylor. The manual is designed to be completed throughout your 250-Hour YTT as well as future training and teaching years to come.
ACCESS Anatomy of Yoga Course:
Included in your ACCESS 250-Hour YTT is the Anatomy of Yoga Course developed by Philomena Behmer, DEd. Teaching since 1997, Philomena has served as Anatomy and Physiology professor at a local Health College and earned her doctorate in adult education at Penn State University in 2019. Her dissertation, Anatomy and Physiology as an Embodied Learning in a Yoga Teacher Training Program: A Mixed-Methods Study, was based on her experience creating and teaching this Anatomy and Physiology Course.
ACCESS Hybrid Learning Environment:
Our ACCESS program is delivered in a hybrid-format; a combination of In-Person & Live-virtual learning as well as self-paced asynchronous video on demand content as a means to access high-quality and immersive learning from anywhere in the world.
Asynchronous Learning Component:
Years of leading in-person trainings allowed us the opportunity to refine our delivery and learning methods into formats that work best for all types of learners. Deep-dive portions of the program were reformatted as asynchronous on-demand video content so trainees have the ability to learn at a pace that works for them.
Job Training:
The ACCESS program delivers training to develop a marketable skill that can advance you on your career path; both as a yoga instructor or in your current non-yoga related job role. The skills gained in the ACCESS program will allow for universal application so you can create the yoga career you desire.
Program Promise:
This program was designed to be results-driven. When you do the work as delivered in the ACCESS 250-hour yoga teacher training program we guarantee the ability to successfully lead students through a yoga practice upon completion of the program.

Trainees are given access to discord to communicate and connect with fellow trainees and open support from training leaders
